The files on the game's disc are compressed. The ASCII header on the compressed files is SL00. This is similar to the header used in Arc The Lad. However one can work with decompressed data using PCSX2 savestates. The decompressed data will be inside the file called eememory.bin. Use the program called "7zip" to extract eememory.bin from PCSX2 savestates.
Use the script above as follows using the Microsoft Windows Command prompt (the script will not work by double clicking quickbms): C:\Users\Michael\Desktop\script\quickbms.exe -w C:\Users\Michael\Desktop\script\KamenRiderKabutoEEmemoryBINto3dsBeta.bms C:\PS2\PS2Kabuto\eememory.bin C:\PS2\PS2Kabut\output2
Note the w in -w must be lowercase.
You can get quickbms from the top of the following page: http://aluigi.altervista.org/quickbms.htm
