Use the QuickBMS script above using the Microsoft Windows Command Prompt (it will not work by clicking quickbms.exe) by doing the following:
Go to commandprompt then type in the path to quickbms.exe followed by -w (must be a lowercase w), followed by the path to sh2PKBto3dsJAN2013.bms followed by the path to a .PKB file (tested on BTLDATA.PKB), followed by the folder where you want to save the extracted 3ds files.
This will convert every model from the .PKB file all at once
You can then import the .3ds file in any program thats supports the .3ds format
For example:
D:\b\quickbms\quickbms.exe -w D:\b\quickbms\sh2PKBto3dsJAN2013.bms D:\b\quickbms\BTLDATA.PKB D:\b\quickbms

Use the script below called shadowhearts2extractor.bms, with the free program called QuickBMS to extract model files
from PKB files (it was tested on the BTLDATA.PKB from the first disc)

Download QuickBMS here:
http://aluigi.altervista.org/quickbms.htm

Then use the script below called shadowhearts2to3ds.bms
on the files that you obtain from using the first script above.
Shadowhearts2to3ds will convert these files, into .3ds files
so you can import them into any program that supports .3ds files (such as blender, 3d studio max, maya, cinema 4d, wavefront ect)

Use the script on the commandline by doing the following:
Go to commandprompt then type in the path to quickbms.exe followed by -w (must be a lowercase w), followed by the path to
shadowhearts2to3ds.bms followed by the path to a file from the first script, followed by the folder where you want to save the 3ds file.
Press enter, and the script will ask you to open another file. What it really wants to do is to have the name of the output, so type in any name such as model.3ds, and it will create a file called model.3ds that contains the model.
You can then import the .3ds file in any program thats supports the .3ds format
For example:
D:\black\quickbms\quickbms.exe -w D:\black\quickbms\shadowhearts2to3ds.BMS D:\black\quickbms\194392144 D:\black\quickbms

This game uses a model format similar to the third Shadow Hearts game.
This game comes on two discs.

Format of the models of which some are in the .PKB files.

4ByteFloatingPointVertexes(X,Y,Z)+1ByteUnknown+1ByteCONN+1ByteUnknown+1ByteUnknown
2ByteSignedIntegerUVMappings(U,V)
2ByteSignedIntegerNormalMappings(X,Y,Z)
