Many of the files have hashes of numbers as names, but
to find out what a numbered file has as its real name,
look in the file called
hashdictionary.txt and look up the number their, or
you could look up the name of what you want to extract
and then uses the search function on your computer to search for the number.
Then you can change the numbers into the real name.
